“I met Ciaran back in May 2022, weighing in at 15.6 stone. I never thought I’d lose the weight. Ciaran started me on a food and exercise plan. Week on week, I was losing a pound a week. I stuck at the programme and one week I was down 5 pounds, and to my shock, I was 13 stone before Christmas!
In January, Ciaran convinced me to take up running, and the next stone just fell off!
